District 3 was advised by the company that there would be no surplus this quarter (3rd Quarter). Yes, the info is late, the email was received late yesterday and I had no notification until this AM. Sorry for not posting it earlier. This was expected by many, however, Keep checking on the Bargaining reports at all districts, as our (District 3) agreement end date  nears, things are sure to start heating up.
