All Points Bargaining Update #1

CWA met with the All Points representative, and below are the TA's we currently have:

  1. Ensured no loss of pay for all represented employees should the Base close.
  2. Secured a $4,000 per calendar year tuition aid reimbursement.
  3. Expanded flexibility for the Adjusted Work Schedule.
  4. Expanded bereavement pay to include, step mother and father, step grandparents, and step-children.
  5. Secured more flexibility with the 15 minute break periods.
  6. Increase in 401K contributions from the Company.
  7. Increase in wages

We are still bargaining and waiting on information from the Company regarding job descriptions and advancement opportunities.
