Notice of Nominations

Please be advised that there will be nominations for all offices of the CWA Local 3905 as listed below during the September 8, 2020 monthly meeting. Nominations may also be made in writing and must be received at the Local 3905 office, 2505 Clinton Ave W, Huntsville, AL 35805, no later than 5pm on September 8, 2020. Nominees must accept the nomination during the meeting or submit

 

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Mobility Representative
  • Plant Representative
  • Wire Technician Representative
  • Departmental Representative

 

NOTICE OF NOMINATIONS

The nomination of a person for the office of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer shall constitute the nomination of the same person as a delegate to the CWA Conventions held during the term of office for which the election is being conducted.

 

NOTICE OF ELECTION AND THE BALLOT

“A vote cast for a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer shall also constitute a vote for such candidate to serve as a delegate to CWA Conventions held during the term of office for which the election is being conducted in the event such candidate is elected to office.” And continued through all elected Executive Board positions.
