Utility Operations - Unlimited Overtime - 2019 Bargaining

BellSouth Telecommunications, LLC (“BST”) and The Communications Workers of America (“CWA”) agree to
resolve their dispute with regard to new contract language which defines Unlimited Overtime in the Utility
Operations Collective Bargaining Agreement.
In settlement of the dispute:

AT&T Southeast / BST Uniform Issues

As each of you already know, we have been dealing with a number of issues regarding the AT&T Southeast Uniform Program for quite some time now. An Executive Level Grievance was filed last year on this issue but unfortunately had to be put on hold during contract negotiations. Time after time, Labor Relations has made commitment after commitment to the District 3 Office that the issues brought to our attention by the membership will be addressed, and that the problems will be corrected.

Member's Reach Out a Helping Hand

A big thank you to Chris Johnson and his family, along with RJ Hanus for stepping up when a member need it. Our union brother Shannon was in a terrible accident leaving him temporary wheel chair bound. Without hesitation, these two jumped into action, and was able to get him a ramp built over the weekend!!

Subject: Labor Notice - BellSouth Savings and Security Plan (BSSP) Fund Change

The fiduciaries for the BellSouth Savings and Security Plan (BSSP) periodically review the investment funds available under the BSSP, and in this case recommended changes to the investment line-up.

As we start the New Year, AT&T has put out a letter that I think is to scare people into retiring now.  The attached letter was sent out around the end of the year, and everyone seems to be upset about it.
