Workplace Entry Assessment

The Company has notified us that WEA has been voluntary in most locations until now, but it will become mandatory effective 7/29/2020. The Company advised there will be a 5 day grace period for employees to obtain their own thermometer, but they will be required to have one after that time. They have also stated the WEA will be completed on Company time at the beginning of each employee's tour. 

We strongly disagree with the Company's WEA policy and the requirements, including but not limited to the requirement that employees provide their own thermometers. We have objected to most all aspects of the WEA, we have made numerous requests for information and we have advised the Company that grievances will be filed.
